SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – APERTURE.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will immediately start processing it to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email so you can check the status of your delivery at any time.

If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe for your country, please allow an additional 24 hours. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at apertureislife@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll check everything for you and offer a solution as quickly as possible.

⚠️ Important: Aperture. is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer at checkout.

Even though we work to ensure every order is delivered within a maximum of 14 days, external factors may occasionally cause delays.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order, email us at apertureislife@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been prepared or picked up by the courier, we will process a full refund, including shipping fees.

If the order is already in transit or has been packed, we cannot cancel it. In that case, please refer to our [Returns Policy].

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For shipments outside Ecuador, customs fees, import taxes or additional charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon receipt. The courier or local customs office will contact you if applicable.

Aperture. does not cover or refund these charges under any circumstances.

If the customer refuses to pay customs charges, the package will be considered rejected and will return to our warehouse. In these cases, shipping costs will not be refunded and return charges may apply.
